You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You retain ownership of all financial data you provide or that is accessed on your behalf through authorized integrations. We use your data solely to operate the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
When you upload screenshots, PDFs, or other documents, you represent that you have the right to share that content. Uploaded files are processed to extract financial data and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., AI processing for document parsing). Uploaded files are not retained beyond what is necessary for processing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Optionality Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or investment returns, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
